MDA Pods (sold in pairs) offers (6) 6x9 powersport/marine drivers with the speaker size equivalence of (6) 8 inch drivers or (12) 6 ½ inch! An incredible system housed in only 2 pods! Performance tests prove you can sing along with these at over ½ mile of projection, and coming in at over 6x the volume of 7k roof systems (105 DV vs 130) (watch our videos) but the beauty is truly the quality of sound. We purchased nearly every 6x9 on the market and the Polk’s power sport/marine came out on top for truly amazing audio, the kind that can really move you. You needn’t worry about which direction you park your SXS or boat, with forward down and back directional drivers you can DJ the party from any angle! Low profile, their unique use of 6x9’s and the bar mounts that reside inside the box rather than on top, allow for only 5.25 inches of hang vs some in the market over 14 inches! So with the MDA enclosures you get to keep your rear view! IP67 marine/powersport rating on the speaker (waterproof) and the enclosure is as well.
